WILL I RECEIVE A TICKET FOR THE FAIR?
Yes, depending on your role at transport logistic and the duration of your attendance (number of days you will be there), we will provide you with either an exhibitor or visitor ticket before the fair. You will receive an e-mail from Messe Munich with the respective ticket. If you will be registered as a day visitor you might get up to three e-mails since the voucher codes in them are only valid for one day each.
Please note that we will not hand out tickets for the customers this year.

CAN I SPEND THE FULL DAY AT THE BOOTH EVEN IF I DON'T HAVE FIXED APPOINTMENTS?
When you are in the booth and have no appointments or tasks assigned at a certain time, then please check with the organizers if they need your assistance for something. If this is not the case then we kindly ask you to enjoy a walk around the fairground or be active and talk to visitors or potential customers, instead of hanging around in the booth with your colleagues.
Please ensure you will be back in time in the booth for your next appointment, if any. As requested during the registration, we ask you to provide your cell phone numbers so that we can contact you by phone in case you are needed back at the booth.

WHAT WILL BE THE DRESSCODE FOR THE FAIR?
Smart Casual (jacket, shirt, long trousers) in black/dark blue/white. Please do not wear t-shirts and, for this time, also not our blue suede Puma shoes. For the executive dinner Business Attire is required.

WILL THERE BE LANYARDS HANDED OUT, SIMILAR TO 2023?
We will provide each staff member in the booth and visitors with a Maersk branded lanyard. This lanyard can be picked up at the booth and is mandatory to wear, together with your entrance ticket. Why? This way we are being recognized by our customers, visitors, as well as by our own people!

WILL THERE BE SHUTTLES FROM THE HOTEL TO THE FAIR AND BACK?
Transfers from Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn Munich City East to Messe Munich are convenient. Public transportation is easily accessible nearby, providing a quick and efficient way to reach the venue.
Additionally, shuttle services will be provided for added convenience. Closer to the date more information on the schedules will be shared.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO ACCESS THE FAIRGROUND FROM THE HOTEL IF MY TIMINGS VARY FROM THE SHUTTLE TIMINGS?
S-Bahn + U-Bahn (fastest option – approx. 20 min)
Walk 5 minutes to München Ostbahnhof (Munich East Station).
Take the S-Bahn (S2) direction Erding and ride two stops to Riem.
Transfer to Bus 190 or 191 for a short ride to the Messe München entrance.
U-Bahn (alternative – approx. 25 min)
Walk 5 minutes to München Ostbahnhof.
Take the U5 direction Neuperlach Süd and ride one stop to Innsbrucker Ring.
Transfer to U2 direction Messestadt Ost and ride six stops to Messestadt West or Messestadt Ost, both serving Messe München.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN APRIL IN MUNICH?
In late April, Munich welcomes spring with generally mild temperatures ranging from around 6°C to 17°C (43°F to 63°F).
Days can be pleasantly sunny and warm, but spring weather can also be changeable, with cooler periods and occasional rain showers. Evenings tend to be noticeably cooler, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket as well as a small umbrella to stay comfortable while exploring the city.
